The clothes aren't small, the girls are fat.

The designers' term for this is "small on the body", meaning the clothing has a shruken appearance.

Why this is becoming increasingy popular, I believe, has a lot to do with the increasing interest in pedophilia.

By wearing tiny shirts and miniature blouses, the wearer hopes to appear to have grown so fast that she has outgrown her clothing, thereby giving the impression that she is hardly more than a child.

Other signs that back me up are the obsession to be not slender, but skinny (this minimizes the appearance of a mature female figure); hairstyles that are inappropriate for the age of the girl (that is, too young); and, of course, numerous behavioral displays (exaggerated gestures and mock uncoordination more characteristic of a girl much younger).

I know this sound a bit complex, but I have seen it before (Japan), and wouldn't be a bit surprised to see the U.S. follow in the same unbecoming...and potentially dangerous...path.

Just my opinion...? Yes. But, I've spent years watching this kind of thing, and am convinced of the truth of it.

cause of the modern fashion...this is making girls showing more and more body...if a girlo doesn't show her body then she is often perceived as unattractice or boring...look at the all colorfull magazines..on the covers are girls wearing very liitle clothes...it is a kind of manipulation...if girls want to be accepted by the society...she has to wear things that are socially approved...

They are getting ready for the future where it would be the fashion, i personally think that is a result from the lost of modesty in the society at large. Why do you have to flaunt it?

because they now realize that their body is more beautiful than cloths, so they oftenly prefer to display/expose their body parts as much as they can to attract the attention of men.
