I know the question is a bit personal but i need answers and here's why!... I'm 25 yrs old living in los angeles, graduated from college with a BS in chemical science an microbiology last yr. as every college graduate dream i wanted to get a good job and make good money. I got a job in my field at a pharmaceutical company and it only paid me $12/hr. it took 6 months for my rate to go to $14/hr. i hated my job and the whole field related to it so i quit. i felt like it was pointless going to cellege and getting myself in debt with student loans for shitty payin jobs. i had friends who didnt have college degrees and they were makin $16/hr workin in a bank. anyways.. in about 10 months i will be moving out of this country but mean while i need to get a job that would pay some decent money so i could save up a little... WHAT SHOULD I DOOO!! im sick of job agents sending me to $13 and $14/hr jobs. I need guidance.. and it doesnt have to be related to science. help plz :(

I do private tutoring but school is over now and all the kids are on break... they dont wanna see me believe me hehe. about real estate... that was my 1st choice and i'm actually wokring as a loan officer doing purchases and refinances for mortgages... and yes there is good money but once i leave this country all my hard work will be pointless coz i'll be leaving all the networking i've done behind me. and its very hard in the beginning when u dont have much experience to find clients.
And about starting a business online... thats actually what i've been looking into during the past 2 months but i guess im overwelmed and i dont know how to start. do i need a business liscence to resell wholesale products online?! is my income taxable?

I like your ambition! You might find Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow Quadrant most enlightening. It's very difficult in today's economy to build any wealth while trading time for money. There is another way, and that is in partnering with a system that can help you build a residual income. Yes, of course, there are taxes to be paid on any income, but working with a system gives you a far better chance of building long term success. The key is in finding a legit opportunity.
