So far I have:-
A feather, a pepper pot, a picture of George Bush, a used train ticket, a traffic cone, a picture of you with somebody famous, a 1 meter high weed, 10 different beer mats, a newspaper from a week ago - so you can see the type of 'fun' things.
Can anybody help me with any others that they have had to collect on car rally's that they have been on before?

A broken record. A red 45. A hair brush without a handle. A saccarine tablet. A sugar cube. A cassette tape. A cartridge tape. A reel to reel tape. A flash bulb from an old camera. An roll of camera film. An old negative. A speaker from a drive-in theatre. A poker chip from a Vegas Casino. A paper doily. An unused Bingo card. An old toupee. A zip lock baggie (to put the toupee in!). A New Years Party noise maker or party hat. A child's coloring book or a specific color of crayons, pencils, pens or markers. A paint brush (specify sizes). A paint by the numbers art piece. A fiberglass anything. An aesbestos tile. A carpet square. A slat from a venetian blind. A flip flop/beachcomber sandle (specify left or right & a color & size if you want to)!☺ My mind could go one & one & on.

I am at the beginning stages of organizing this for our neighborhood too. Some other ideas I have are things like, getting the name of the minister at the church by the fountain(Whatever your clue/loc'n may be), the opening and closing hours of the pub with a crowned man, cost of entry to "x" museum/sports venue, etc. Name of the boat docked at "X", Bus/train/boat departure times and ticket prices from certain locations, color of the door where the "X" lives (IE famous landmark, notable home, etc.), specific info. from a gravestone in a certain location. You need to go and get/give cryptic clues for the places suggested above. Hope this helps you to think in another direction - not just tangible clues to get. Hope it is tons of fun for you all.
