so i went 2 go talk 2 my crush like most of u said right well now my mom knows i like him so she tells me that 'he is a good guy/friend and not 2 get my feelin in so deep' and also says 'i just dont want u havin ur heart broken'. i mean like i thought age is just some number why is she filpin out on me ? so when she asked how old he was i said 18 and she just said 'its aganist the law' so wat my friend is just the same age as me and she has a boyfriend thats 20. me and my crush r only 3 n 1/2 yrs. apart . okay the thing is im sure he knows i like him and he trys makin conversation but every time we start talkin someone always comes n buts in. like yesterday night me and my fam. were at my aunts house so me and my crush go out in the bac yard 2 talk it wasnt even 3 min.and everone starts callin me 2 hurry quick that they hav somthin 2 tell me. i feel as if they dont want us gettin closer n i cant tell my mom how i realy feel cuz she woud tell everyone. i realy lik him wat shoud i do?

actually its not bad for your mom to know about the two of you. it's a good thing because if you have problems later then you can confide your mom about it. i mean it is always best to have someone to talk to right? and i guess mothers knows best because they are the ones whom we are close with.
but u know what... you can also explain your side to your mom.. like you want privacy and all.. im sure she will understand... and i guess if your mom will tell everyone then it will be better... what i mean is that unless no one knows then how will they know how you feel? we can't expect others to understand us... so we have to do something to make them feel the way we do.

You're lucky. At least your mum didn't disapprove or reprimand you. At least she didn't ban you from using the phone and going out. Mine did.
And guess what? The guy was my childhood best friend. We grew up together and my mum knows him well. My dad even slapped me and took away my phone.
By the way, can i ask you where you're from? Cos' I'm from Singapore and the parents here are all, you know. They disapprove of having crush on someone, they disapprove of having a boy/girlfriend. In fact, they don't allow. We can't even hang out with guys.
So see how lucky you are now? At least you can still talk to him. At least you're not ban from speaking to him!
But anyway, you should maybe talk to your mum about it? Tell her how you feel and tell her that you're old and sensible enough to handle the basics of a relationship.

take it slow.. trust me at least ur mom noes and doesnt disapprove.. i mean she didn't do or say wnthing to him, no? Mine did.. she even told his parents! So count urself as lucky.. But dun get into deep llike wat ur mom said cos once you give ur heart out, it might end up getting broken...
