He keeps following we around, singing down the radio, appearing on my T.V and now on my computer screen.
When will the world be Bono free ?

(metrogeeza, its 'you're an idiot') I haven't said anything bad about Bono and I don't think he'll find time to answer my question. He's just everywhere.

I don't think the world will be Bono free until he dies unfortunately, and even then there will be the whole business of his obituaries saying how wonderful he was and what a huge impact he made on world music and poverty, and better still he was Irish. Personally I think that's all rubbish, even if I am Irish. He is just seriously overrated and there is no way he would be able to be so in your face about his political issues if he didn't have the money he has made from being the frontman of U2. Sadly we have a long time to wait until we are Bono free, unless a freak of nature magically strikes him down with lightning which I really hope it does....

A lot of ignorance has just been spewed forth from the questioner and many of those answering the question. No natural resources in Africa? Have you ever heard of Africa? Let’s start with oil, the worlds largest diamond mines, and natural textiles just to name a few. And as far as Bono tackling the western world’s military economy, we are dealing with several major world issues, and aids and poverty top the list. They not only contribute to a lack of world peace, but also the dramatic spread of aids and other diseases.

As far as Bono himself goes, I can’t imagine what problem you would have with somebody who uses his celebrity to try and do good. Makes me wonder what you’re doing with your free time?

Lucky you. I never see enough of him!
Considering the millions of fan he has, the world won't be Bono free . You will just have to live with it like everybody has got to live with things/people they do not like!

I don't know, maybe his head will disappear entirely up his own **** eventually. If he had any real intelligence or conviction he'd be talking about changing the western world's weaponry/war-based economy, rather than trying to suck up to capitalist politicians who couldn't care less about Africa because it has no natural resources they can exploit, and the only thing it's good for as far as they're concerned is selling them weaponry.
