its how close you are to being banned
at 2000 points, they ban your entire subnet!!

Part of it is so people won't go posting a ton of questions every day and fill up the community with meaningless questions. When you're limited, you put more thought into things. The other part is for participation. What's fair in posting a question if you're not gonna help answer other's? So to eventually be able to ask more questions, you're gonna have to start answering. (Or else there'd be a LOT of unanswered questions out there!!)
The points aren't redeemable for anything except posting more questions.

although its like a recreation it provides the answer for each of the questions aske by using the yahoo solutions.... even those who can not waiting to discover the solutions , those answrs will guidance guide them to bypass in the astounding way for the solutions

its just for fun you dont do anything with points , what it does tell you is how long a sad person like me has been on answers !!!! just click on the persons pic and it will take you to their level of points
