I need information, a manual, for a STAR-GAZER ferris wheel made about 1955. Can anyone help ?

The ferris wheel is a small one , six cars, and was manufactured by a company named Miracle Equipment Co. I believe they were located in Iowa. I checked with the Library of Congress but found nothing.
