Heat is the major problem of AMD processors. The AMD processor might make your motherboard go hot and may cause it to burn, unless you have a very functional fan. Check your fan, maybe it's not working.

DId you try to do a antivirus scan to look for viruses? It could also be because of spyware/malware that could be causing the problem. Webroot Spy Sweeper is a good application to block and destroy all those pesky wares.

Problems can range from overheating, bad motherboard, bad ram, bad CPU, Corruption of system files, insufficient power supply, bad hard drives, ect.
