Full recordings of Carmen are available at Barnes & Nobles, I suggest the Maria Callas recording.

There are several famous pieces from Carmen. I would suggest checking on iTunes or Amazon.com for a "Highlights" CD from Carmen. The composer's name is Bizet. The two most famous pieces are the "Habanera," which is the seductive song that Carmen herself sings, and the "Toreador" song. Both of these songs should be included on a highlights CD.

If you're talking about the Toreador song, it's called "Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre." Just buy the album.
