Data is not sufficient.
A=10+B
B=20+C
These imply that A=30+C.
Required %=(30/C)*100%
To find the % more marks, we need to know the marks of C. Marks of any one of the three or any other condition to find the marks is to be included in the problem.

A large no. of possible % as there are various assumptions for the marks each one get
If A gets 30 c gets 0 & if C get 100 A gets 130

What is this, your math final?

The question would have to depend on the amount of marks that "C" gets. If "A" recieved 22000 marks, then "C" would have to have recieved 21970 which would equal out to .02% more whereas if "A" recieved 40 marks, then "C" would recieve 10 marks which would equal out to 75%. more.

can't answer, need to know now much marks at least one of them gets.
otherwise both A=30,B=20,C=0 and A=530,B=520,C=500 satisfy the conditions, but give different %.
