Circumcision is a medical practice that is prevelant in he U.S. and a few of other highly developed societies. Most countries don't routinely perform them at birth. It's very normal, and it does not affect sexual performance or pleasure in any way. It was started here in the states because it was believed that the extra forskin would retain body fluids after sex and cause infections. Thats really not a problem anymore since personal hygeine and education of safe sex eliminated the problem. Lot's of women think its more erotic than the circumcised penis, but if you're unhappy with it, you can the procedure performed at any age.

Yes it is common to be uncircumcised. And No it does not affect sex or urination. Circumcision was originally a religious practice. The bible lists it as a covenant between God and man. In modern society however most people are not circumcised for religious reason. Instead it has become common because it was believed that having a circumcision would prevent Urine, Sweat, and Bacteria from being trapped and causing an infection. This is not true. Uncircumcised men should be taught at a young age (during bath time) to simply pull back the foreskin when cleaning their penis. As for sex. During intercourse the foreskin is pulled back, preventing any problems.

Yes it normal, it was the way your were born all males start out life like that. Some are circumcised without their knowledge or permission (because of the age {3 weeks}) it is perfectly natural to be uncircumcised it does not affect sex in anyway. Your partner or yourself will have to retract the foreskin before sex however I'm told that it is a painless part or it (I am female).
My partner is uncircumcised and it is just a part of foreplay to gently retract his fore skin. You will have to be careful in cleaning your penis but being at this age that your asking about sex you should already know about cleaning the equipment, if not you'll soon learn when you become sexually active.
