I pray god to give pain to trees otherwise they extinct. If it feels pain they respond against the cruelty of human beings.

You are correct, pain is necessary for survival. If there was no pain, you would step into fire and be burned, and you would not notice. An animal could maul you and you wouldn't react violently to escape. A toddler would fall down and not be hurt; and would find it hard to learn to walk, as they would try to avoid falling down.

I don't think pain is totally necessary. There is a medical
condition where a person cannot feel pain. It's not fatal.

No soul (living, passed, animal, vegetation or inanimate) needs to live in pain. Life was given to us to be lived in love and joy. Pain is unnecessary.
