Assuming he is supporting a family of three other woodchucks who never mow the goddamn lawn.

It depends if his supply of pain killers was dependent on his amount of chuckage. If so, then I would assume he would chuck wood at a savage rate, until such time as he received his supply, at which time he would find an alley, shoot up, and zone out. Until such time, of course, that he got the shakes, and returned to the chucking of wood.
How the impact of his family of three would affect the outcome depends of course on whether he could find some way to sell his woodchuck families pelts for more pain killer (which would temporarily reduce his output) or not. If the family couldn't in anyway support his habit, then they would have no affect at all.

Well, Woodchucks can chuck around 35 cubic feet of dirt in the course of digging a burrow. So in reason if a woodchuck could chuck 35 cubic feet of dirt he could chuck an equivalence of 700 pounds of wood. I do believe that if he was to chuck wood while on pain killers In a more logical sense I believe that if the woodchuck chucked the amount of wood that she sells seashells on the seashore divided by how many pickles Peter Piper picks would give us the true answer.

It depends. Do the pain killers make him hyper or lethargic? Since you said they were "crippling" pain killers, i am assuming they knock him out, therefore making it nearly impossible to chuck wood. So the answer is probably none to very little wood.

LOL, I'm guessing he'd be upchucking wood and chattering incessantly to the other 3.
