it depends... how old are you? of you are male not more than 24 or female not more than 21 you still have good chances of gaining several centimeters, it might also help if you if yo vitaminB6/b12 coupled with proper diet and exercise. but if you're more than the age i mentioned above, the growth is less likely, because the epiphysial plates of the long bones are already closed.

it is hereditary, if your parents or other 3rd degree folks are on that bracket of less that 5'4, then the only way for you to get the extra inches is surgery, it is called the fit bone technology, where your femur/tibia and fibula (leg bones) bill be cutted and a fixator will be implanted, you will need a wheelchair for 6 months... its a bit risky though

always remember that height would just be an aid to be "more" attractive...what matters most is your persona...

goodluck (always remember that all of us are beautiful in our own ways)

there is a procedure that can stretch you out although 1) that requires doctors breaking your bones and inserting metalic devices in your legs.. and 2) they only do this for people that are to be considered dwarfs

you dont fall under catagorie 2 so heres your only option.. There is a product called Height Max.. look it up on the web. Although if your older than 18 its too late your body has these things called growth plates once its limits are reached your done growing..

5'4" isnt bad im over 6' and there are times i wish i was shorter.

There are some extreme ways. One is to get a new surgery, where they actually replace your leg bones with longer ones.

Another one is to take growth hormone.

Generally good nutrition makes you taller, which is why modern people are much larger than ancient peoples. But this only helps if you start young.

That's close to my height. You better be glad you are over 5 ft and not less than that. Other than booster shoes and paying hundreds of dollars to have your body stretched, just workout and you may look leaner and taller.
