because they have been hurt by a certain jerk or ex-boyfriend and dont want to be around men for a while

Feminism is designed to make woman believe that men are unnessecary and that woman should strive to be single career driven mothers. Men should be nothing more than sperm donors. Woman are becoming more masculine while Men are becoming emasculated hence the term "Metrosexual". Woman are also encourged by both men and woman to be bisexual which futher reduces the need for a man. This is why the rate of marriage has declined, and so many woman are single mothers. The thing they dont realize is they wake up one day, 45 years old, alone, the head of some multinational corporation and wonder where a man is and why they dont have a proper family. By then its too late. Men dont want woman who are oh so powerful as that goes against are indivual roles for millions of years. Its only in the last 40 years that mens roles have been reduced to a bank machine that withdrawls cash and also sperm.
Woman are taught be feminist neo-nazis to hate men. The hate comes from within the sisterhood of feminity.

Since you asked in this catagory, I think women slam men because it is COOL to do. Women slam men as a whole until they get a boyfriend. Then the tables turn. They think their man is okay and not like "those other men". sometimes they even lose their girlfriends over the man. When the relationship ends cause he dumps her or she dumps him. She will go back to her friends and carry on like the end of the world and it all the mans fault.

Yes, I do agree that it's possible they had bad encounters with men previously. Thus, they hate men for now.
However, perspectives do change overtime. This may just be a passing phase.

b'cos many of teh guys met a wrong guy and tehy were hurt by those guys and tht is why they hate guys .its is a very common thing for a gal to hate guy cos if they fall in love with the wrong person at the 1st place and they usually end up sayin tht they hate guys.

Because they've picked lousy men in the past and think all men are rotten. I'm not one of them. I like my hubby just fine.
