Metallica is currently on tour in Europe and should be releasing a new album later this year or in 2007. They have been playing a new song on their tour referred to as "The New Song" that I assume will be on the next album.
I'm not sure about Black Sabbath and if you were asking if the 2 bands were going to do an album together then the answer is no.

Metallica just released one 3 years ago, but they have another one due out next year. There's talk of a new Sabbath album, but I have yet to find any confirmation of this.

Black Sabbath. terrible Sabbath albums? Mmmmmaybe after Ozzy left. each album by ability of Metallica is terrible. Geesh. i will't pay attention to a minimum of one single music by ability of that band all the way via.
