difference between bin and sbin in linux
Is bin contain "all kind of command" or "user command" or "superuser command"

These are all conventions, and no a hard and fast rule, but in general, bin contains programs whereas sbin contains scripts.

From the enduser standpoint of course there's no difference between a script that does something and is executable, and a program that does something and is executable. These conventions are purely organizational, not unlike the different *nix distros and the use of /usr/local vs. /opt

Executables in sbin are usually required for system administration, and should be run by root.

sbin stands for System Binaries.
