I am B.tech(EEE) passed in 2000.I did s/w courses like c,c++,java ,oracle,vb.while i was looking for job though i was selected in few companies b'cos of s/w slow down i couldn't get job in good company.In 2002-2003 i got job and i worked for 2yrs.Then I got married b'cos of my husband tranfer and since i was pregnanat i quit job.In between i did my MBA through distance education from Symbiosis SCDL(pune).Now i have gap of 2yrs.Can I get good job after this 2 yrs gap.I am interested as Trainee HR.HOW can i search for good job.

Until u get a suitable job, try ur hands on home based job thru internet. Moreover, this is such job which can be continued even after u get a regular job. Do data conversion job as is being done by me. It is conversion of pdf file into ms word doc file. To get this job, one should be proficient in ms word and resident of India.

It will definitely be tougher for you because of that gap, but so long as you have a reasonable explanation as to why, it won't necessarily hurt you. Of course, it's the potential employer who will decide if your excuse is reasonable.
But leaving a job to become a full or part-time mom while a child is young is perfectly understandable and not something that will be held against you. But you'll definitely be competing against candidates without a gap, which is why your search might take longer.
