the referee can't catch up the players in motion, and can't see the players in action; then the referee made too many mistakes!!!

In fact, the referee can't follow the players in motion, can't see the players in action, and make many mistakes in decision! Surely, the referee needs help to make the best decision, the right decision. We know that linemans are running along the sidelines. Video replay take too much time off. May be the crooked stop the adding two(2) more lineman, but it is no proof? We can't say that. What do you call something existing in the past, and no need to change? IT IS HARD TO CHANGE!
