There is human symptoms.. Canals were discovered in Mars but have been proven not to support human life. Venus is called the sister planet of the Earth but due to the heat, noone can live there, not even bacteria. And no, I dont think so that any religion mentioned anything about aliens nor anything about the Universe unless you count upon the bible by which God made the "sky." The ending of the universe has not been proven, but due to the technology of the hubble space telescope, the so-called "edge" has been located. This edge is the farthest distance which mankind has ever seen. The start of the Universe is the Big Bang, not only the Universe but also time and space. Noone really knows what is beyond the final point of the Universe. The earth is medium sized, in accordance to the Solar System, but to other planets discovered outside the Solar System, Earth is small. And the word "planet" has not yet been defined so noone really knows unless the Standards in astronomy has been updated.
And by the way.. THERE ARE BILLIONS OF SUNS AND MOONS IN THE UNIVERSE.. Suns are stars and moons are satellites. Moons in the Solar system alone reaches more than 300 already and one patch of sky could contain hundred thousands of stars.

No planet has yet been found which contains life. Of the planets in the solar system, only Mars comes close to being able to sustain life as we know it. Planets have been found to be circling a number of nearby stars, but essentially nothing is known about their suitability for life. Most such planets are distinctly unsuitable: they are too large and/or circle too close to their sun to be able to support life.
It is unsuitable to use any religious idea as a resource on this or any other scientific topic. Since no such idea is refutable, they cannot provide any information.

Scientists Have recently discovered what they believe is the "Edge" of the universe. And in fact it is shrinking. But you have to take in to account the many hundreds of thousands of years it takes light to travel to us.. so what they "see" is actually the way it looked thousands of years ago. Some scientists believe the universe constantly contacts and expands, possible in sync with "other" universes outside the boundries of ours. As for the planets.. they have no way of knowing as of yet, if any are capable of sustaining life as we know it, as that would require an actual craft, goiung there and scanning temperatures, oxygen, and all the other requirements we have to live. For any craft to travel outside of our solar system to even our closest neighboring system, it would take hundreds of years for it to get there and back.. i think its even estimated to be in the thousands. so to know this would be impossible with our current technology
