It's jogging that is the most effective fat-burner. At first it may seem really exhausting, and, if you want immediate results, you have to practise regulatly (even every day). If you decide to start jogging, it's going to be a month of sweating and slight muscle pain. Good luck!

1. Eat less and smaller portions, drink more water whenever u feel hungry or craving for something.
2. Lie flat on the floor, legs together. Life both legs up to 45degrees angle and hold it there for 7seconds and bring it down again. Repeat few times.
3. Stand tall and straight and suck your tummy in.
4. I hate doing sit-ups but it will help wid the flattening of the tummy.
5. Most effective of them all, go swimming 3 times a week. You'll see the results in a week, no kidding.
6. Start today, not tomorrow.
Good Luck!!

Give up fast foods.
Drink tons of water.
Water with some lemon it acts as a diruetic (to get rid of water weight)
Don't drink diet soda..there are studies that show it causes people to gain weight on their stomach.
Don't starve yourself or your body will hang on to every calorie thinking it needs to because you are in a famine. Eat several small meals....never get too hungry. Eat half your sandwhich and the second half two hours later. Eat lots of vegtables.
buy a little pantie tummy guurdel (not sure how to spell that)
Do sit ups. Actually do all sorts of exercies. Swimming is great exercise.

excersizing for hours for one day won't help
starving yourself wont help either
you have to eat smaller portions, cut out all junk food of your diet (ice cream, soda, cookies, chips, candy..) having some occasionally is fine
as for the excersizing part, you should do it everyday or at leat 5x a week
walking is the best, but I heard it's better if you do it after 7pm
I've been walking for a month for about 30 minutes every night and I lost 5 pounds
good luck!
