Only problem was that the mother didn't show up for last court date due to a misprint on the mothers paperwork, the date was wrong but yet they won't make another courtdate. I think this is totally wrong and a good point of injustice!!! SO he basically got a default over the courts mistake!!!!!

I doubt very much that was the reason. It probably only made the decision easier for the judge. If the court had reason to believe the mother would be best for the child, she would have gotten custody.

Most men get the shaft at court hearings over children so its nice to see a man actually got custody of his own children. If you dont agree with it you can only appeal.

refile and keep fighting. It may have been the courts mistake, but she is the one paying for it. Tell her to keep fighting. i am in a battle right now, and if my ex thinks that I am giving up then he has another thing coming
