Why do we use the term management when facilitator is a wiser way to relate to employees who want to do well. Some people honestly don't know how to work and must be taught. No amount of herding will get them to a place they have never been.

I think cats are easier. Atleast you can find something that appeases them all such as food and catnip. Keep the litter box clean and really, you're home free with cats. If only managing people were that easy.

People are unpredictable, yes. Many if not most companies place high priority in seniority, someone who is time-proven and already trained. The employee may not be perfect, but if they've stayed the tide, as it were, most employers consider that "as good as it gets." Humans are definitely unpredictable.

Yes, very much more than that. Everywhere - whether in office, company meetings, public place, neighbourhood, customers, hospitals...
Human behaviour, as stated above also, is very un-predictable. It becomes a tough job, yet most of them are un-happier lot.
