Are you communicating with them. Could you not speak to them about it?

Do what my brother did to a boy that kept overthrowing his toys/basketballs, etc. Give him one warning that if anything else came over the fence it would be kept/thrown away and the boy would lose it. The next time, my brother kept it and put it away - never to return it. The boy cannot come into my brother's yard, that would be trespassing. Needless to say, the boy never did it again, he learned his lesson. In fact, my son now has the basketball. We live 4 1/2 hours away.

Yeah definitely, keep their stuff. Burn it, throw it out, whatever. You're being more than nice by returning it to their yard. They're doing it on purpose (it's not like their toy accidentally landed in your yard or anything like that). it's their own fault they were not more careful with their merchandise. Go ahead and destroy it, and to teach them a lesson... do it in front of them. I'd be bitter and angry with them.

I think if they throw it on over the fence into your yard intentionally then they are giving up possession so you would have a legal right to keep it.

Well does a chick live there?
If so, it may be a way for her to get ur attention..
Other than that, if they have kids,
I bet the kids do it for the heck of it.
Kids get bored easily.
So that would be kinda entertaining.
Other than that they could be like crackheads who are just being weird.
I dont know, thats all the logical things i can think of.

Hang on to it for 30 days before asking them if they are willing to pay for your having stored it on your property. If not, sell it in a garage sale.

Maybe it's just one of them doing it, like a little brother throwing his big brother's stuff over to torment him.
Try talking with your neighbors.

If it is in your yard you are under no real legal obligation, bur i think you are doing the right thing. Pretty soon they will see it doesn't bother you and stop!

Don't give it back. Make them take you to court to get it back. It will cost them time and money to do it.
NOW..They have to prove it is they'res. Are there names, serial numbers on these things? how can they PROVE, it is they'res?
Get the picture?
