Sure it is Tommy. If it was easy, nobody would still be married.
Thats the biggest reason people stay together. They are to lazy and greedy to start over.

No -- many people think it should be because so often it is.
But factually, if you are in excellent shape emotionally, mentally and spiritually, then it isn't. The reason it so often is difficult is that we are usually not in excellent shape after a break up, unless of course you just got rid of a psycho...
Every person has the potential to pick up the pieces and move on, and anyone can do this without much grief if we choose to do so. Honestly though, without excellent training or education in the field of the mind and relationships, then most people would find it hard to do.

It will only be as difficult as you make it. Getting through any break up or loss is hard. It depends on how quickly you get over it and move on. It's all up to you !!!

Yes, it's hard to start over. There's possibility of an insecure feeling about not knowing if it will be a repeat of past experiences, but with love, support & understanding... after awhile, you feel more at ease.

should implies that it is destined to be or that it must.... but it doesn't have to be, everything in life is what you make it, what you think(dream) it up to be. Logic levels things out. Dont dwell on the negative, because harboring it within only lets it flourish.
