make sure it's completely off your computer and download it again... get the newest version...Yahoo! Messenger with Voice. Good luck.

There are other alternatives to Yahoo Messenger for example. A fairly good option is Trillian for many users. The other option, GAIM, is a very simple text messenger, perfect for contacting any of your friends throughout the AIM, IRC, MSN, and Yahoo networks! Available at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gaim/gaim-1.5.0.exe is the latest version (1.5) of the very popular messenger that does not slow down your computer like some! (Trillian for me, I encountered many memory leaks in the program). Sending files and sending messages are the main options supported, but if you buy Trillian, then Voice and Camera might work too... But GAIM is free!
