I am half Filipino and even though I've grown-up in America my father is from that country. If you ever get a chance to visit, then you would be surprised with how pretty it is. Very clean.

And if this is about their Government, I can't blame them. When they were fighting for their independence from Spain all America did was turn up their noses. The Communist Chinese were the ones that helped. Their government is improving but, I don't think America has the right to butt in. We had our chance. We did nothing.

Other than that the Philippines is a beautiful place. Worth visiting some time in ones life.
