First of all, if you have to ask a question like that, you have no business having sex at all.
second of all,, how old are you?
third of all,, where has his penis been? will he tell you if he has aids or what not? how many girls has he slept with? and what, and where had they been? This is risky business,,,most STDs can kill you, or scar you
and last, but not least, can the condom guarantee you to be free from disease,, NO

U should never have sex with someone u don't know cuz U never know what they might have. Plus if u know them, don't just have sex for the sake of having sex. have it cuz u love and cared about that person and both mature enough to take responsibilities.

NO! If you're asking the question then you have misgivings about doing it. so don't! There are too many diseases :AIDS, gonorrhea, syphilis, trich, chlamidia, HPV, to be having sex with strangers.
