do a long distance track routine...i have found that a series of 8 400 meter sprints (2 miles all together) as fast as you can with about a 2 minute rest in between will do the trick

Make sure you're good on your toes! Doing simple drills help you get in shape. Also instead of practicing sprints, start jogging at a regular speed throughout your neighbor hood or maybe around a track. This was our way to get prepared for soccer season, its suprising how much easier it is to run for a long time after you do your jogging all summer. Good Luck!!!!

Run. A lot. Conditioning is really important in soccer.
If you want skills practice. Do anything that requires leg-eye coordination. Dribble the ball around. At the amateur level, shooting is not that hard to master as long as you practice once in a while.

Definately RUN, RUN, RUN! Run for at least 45 minutes a day. Play a scrimage at least twice a week. But, don't forget to do drills with the ball. For example, go to the park, and run like 5 laps while dribbleing the ball. Do lunges to get strength in ur legs.

well all you have to do is run at least 2 miles a day 5 days a week. and thats just for endurance, but if u want Technique then have to juggle a lot and i mean alllllooot! and trust me u'll have better ball control, ive done it. and finally practice passing drills wih friends or wit the wall if u dnt have any body. oh and dont forget if ur a mid or forward practice shooting at goal with a goalkeeper. well good luck

I believe you need to get your wind and legs and build endurance. Run, wind sprints, distance. Get in the weight room and work the whole body!!! This should be part of your life, not something you begin a few weeks before taking the field

Running or jogging is the best way to get condition. Leg strength is greatly needed. I run up and down some hills we have at our ball park and then jogging backwards really works your calves. Dribbling also works. good luck and happy "kikin"
