My ex never knew about this affair because my affair didnt want anyone to find out. So I kept it a secret. Unfortunately my affair wanted to meet my new girlfriend & so I was the one that introduced them. She still has someone to this day but is also seeing my ex.

Ok. None of this make sence or at least the way you explained it.
I assume you are a man. Who had an affair with a married women. You introduced your gf to her who is now your ex gf. And now your ex girlfriend and the women you had the affair with is having a fling. They are lesbians. Well she is your ex and it was only an affair with the other one. And she is now your ex so why care what she does............... or maybe you jealous and want to join in and have a threesome.
