Actually, you can.
There is this really great website that lets you design your own South Park character:

You have to do a screen copy and edit using a graphics program to save it, but its a lot of fun.

customsouthparks.com actually generates a code for you to use and copy and paste into your myspace..
for the others, you may have to use imageshack or photobucket and get codes for myspace from them when you upload the saved character.
