They sell stuff at the pet store called. Wipe Out. Zoo med makes it. They have other things too but that's the one that comes to mind. You can also mix 1 part bleach with 10 parts warm water. Just make sure you rinse the terrarium very well after wards.

Simple green, the non-concentrate product...pour it into a spray bottle, add about a 1/4 cup of water just to be safe and go for it. All 11 of my snakes have this used to clean their cages, ranging from a small glass vivarium to a 8'x3'x3' PU'ed oak cage, never sticky and even smells nice and contains NOTHING harmful to humans or snakes.

As long as you put your snake in a temporary place you can clean it with dish soap and than ensure that you rinse it very well with hot water.
You can then use a 250 ml of bleach in 1 liter of warm water and rinse the tank everywhere. Then rinse this out many times and let it dry.

I used Simple Green to clean my tanks. It worked really well when I had my python - and it's safe. Just make sure it dries before putting your snake back in.

Mix equal parts vodka and water in a spray bottle. The vodka won't hurt the snakes at all.It won't leave a residue and it doesn't need any rinsing.

Clorox Anywhere spray is safe to use on anything even around food so i think it would be ok to use it around anytipe of animal as well but i would ask your local vet or pet shop for accurate advise

I use a mild dish soap and rinse very well. Frogs are much trickier than snakes, snakes are pretty hardy.
