My favorite is: http://www.Xanga.com. It is pretty cool and very functional. You can do so much with your page. You should definitely check it out. I hope this helps. :)
P.S. - There is always Yahoo's 360 page. It is pretty cool. Not as functional as myspace or xanga, but pretty decent. :)
