I know they can be dangerous, but I was wondering if anyone had used one that actually worked for them. Did it? If so, which one?

I have tired diet pills and you can always lose a few pounds here and there, but guess waht they always come back. My best answer for you is to just slowly cut back on the amount of food you intake in a day, most americans eat 3-4 times the amount of food they need in day, cute back slowly to what your intake sould be and do 30-40 minutes of yoga, pilates, walking, jogging, etc. Don't do the same thing everyday, change it,,,,,keep your body guessing, it will have you lose weight faster and not plateu. Good luck to you, This worked for me. Oh Ya, drink lots of water, it fills your stomach and makes you less hungery. 15 Minutes before any meal drink 8oz of water and you food intake will be less.

The best diet pill is no diet pill at all. They are dangerous, and they don't work. Eat less food, and do more physical exercise. There is no magic involved in losing weight.
Look at the first 3 letters of Diet Pill. This will give you an idea, of how healthy they are for you.

I dont believe in pills to make you thin. Some people will always be on the chunky side no matter what they do. I'ts genetics. Others can lose weight just modifying their diet, and doing some aerobic activity. you dont have to run 100 miles a day, just a walk for half to an hour a day does miracles. Eat your veggies, stay away from fried foods, and take a walk every once in a while.
have fun,
Best wishes.....

No, but my cousin was in an infomercial for one. He said that it was a bullshit scam and that he had to sign a contract saying he wouldn't out them. All those diet pill success stories are people who lost weight through other means... like diet, exercise, starving themselves, or meth. Then they pay those fools for their before and after pictures so that a bunch of unsuspecting idiots will give them their money.
