well the question didnt make much sense but if wondering whats the difference is then here . a orgasm is the peek of sexual pleasure that is release that makes you feel real good and Ejaculation is when a guy releases semen and also girls can also ejaculate but it is not semen just a sexual build up of the liquid that woman build up
