Oh, I'm sure there probably is an Osama bin Laden somewhere. But what's interesting about your question is that this administration has been so dishonest in so many ways, that all of us are now prone to believe many conspiracy theories. For example, that Dick Cheney and the Bush family were involved in planning and executing the attacks on the twin towers, and that the buildings had actually been wired to tumble down. Or that the 2000 and 2004 elections were hot-wired by Diebold, and the result predetermined before the votes were cast. Or that (here's the lastest one) President Bush's friend, Ken Lay, is not really dead. His heart attack was faked, and the victim is someone unknown, permitting Lay to absond with the cash and live a free life in some resort island somewhere, or maybe in Dubai.
What is even more believable is that the Bush family and the bin Laden family are intimately connected, and that somehow bin Laden is somewhere being protected, perhaps even supported by the Bushes. Read Kevin Phillips American Dynasty and the book on the Saud/Bush connection (the title and author escape me right now, but you could find it at Amazon).
George W. Bush was elected, in part, because he promised honesty, morality, and unity in the US. Instead we have a regime characterized by such dishonesty, selfishness, cruelty, and bipolar partisanship that no one will ever trust their government again, at least not until something happens to completely changed the political and moral atmosphere of the US.
Killing or capturing bin Laden won't do it. Many of us will simply believe that it's a fake. If it happens, no doubt it will happen right when it's needed by one of the Bush regime to get elected or reelected. After all, Jeb's gotta get his support somewhere besides stealing an election in Florida.

Both, Osama Bin Laden is a person the US Government is using to create a war on terror.
The US Government was never actively looking for Bin Laden, the hunt was just a token effort to please the public. That's why the announcement was made that Bin Laden was no longer being sought.
The true target was the oil fields of Iraq. But this is going to back fire on the Bush administration and you can already see it happening. By destabilizing the region, Bush has allowed Iran to grow stronger and gain possession of Nuclear weapons.
Unfortunately, Bush will be leaving office and the next American President will need to clean up the mess.
Bush and his family will be living in luxury off the profits he and his friends will be making from stealing the Iraqi oil and the deaths of American solders and the Iraqi people.

I doubt anything that could be said could sway you from your belief that Osama bin Laden is a fictional character
Not the fact that the US government trained him and the other Mujaheddin to fight the Russians in Afghanistan
Not the fact that he was listed in the FBI Most Wanted for over a decade before he ever thought about attacking New York.
Not the fact that he is exiled from Saudi Arabia, this ISLAMIC HOLY LAND, for crimes against humanity.
Not the fact that we have birth, dental, and health records for him, right up until he staged his disappearnce.
Nope, none of these facts would hold any water with a extreme left wing anti-federalist like you, as brainwashed as you are with the popular opinion, communist blogs, and liberal international media.
I saw him once, in an anti-american rally in Bahrain, but once again...

I suppose we, the United States of America, also created the entire bin Laden family...
What technology are you referring to? Be nice to know if we could find a single person who doesn't want to be found in a world of 6 billion people in the middle of a region with very little electricity.
Conspiracy theorists rarely know their head from a hole in the ground- try again.

that's a very thought provoking question. mayb its true that osama bin laden does not really exist...but it may also b true that he really exists. keeping in mind all the technology of US...it could make people believe anything...but osama bin laden exists or else why would they spend soo much of their money and time on an "invented character"?!

That's a new conspiracy theory that I haven't heard yet! Wow, you could sell that to Michael Moore for his next fake documentary. What would be so wrong with the US owning the whole world? Have you ever contemplated a one government world?

Excellent question, how else do you explain cutting funding in finding him. For that matter how do you justify the cut in spending in New York and LA?
