My twins r 4 mo's old, I also have a 7 yr.old. So it has been a while, but the twins will only suck a certian kind of nipple, and it has to be latex, when my older child was born, they made so many different ones. Now I can not find what I need, any help would be apprieciated.

I used silicone nipples and pacifiers with my son. the brand I used was Nuk pacifiers at first but then Nuby and Nuby nipples the whole way through, my son kept the Nuby pacifiers in but would spit out the Nuk ones, the only difference I can think of is that Nuk is smooth and Nuby has bumps, maybe he liked the texture better. Many of the pacifiers and nipples out there are silicone because it holds up better to breakdown..

Have you tried Wal*Mart, Kmart, Target? They all have about the same brands. If you have a Babys r Us or Toys r Us in your area they too have all kinds of pacifiers.

Get Soothie pacifiers they are like a bottle nipple and very durable. They have them at walmart

Wal-mart carries a brand called "NUK". They have latex pacifiers. I got them for a friend's boy and he loved them!
