Yahoo! It's better & more user friendly. I tried MSN when it first came out. I'd get locked out of my msn email & was instructed to create a hotmail account to replace it. I got locked out of that one with password issues. I finally just emailed MSN & told them to delete my account. Soon, MSN & Yahoo IM users will be able to chat to one another. I can hardly wait to see that mess.

Both MSN and Yahoo! have their strengths and weaknesses. It is advisable to like and have both. So that if (hypothetically speaking) MSN is giving you problems, you can switch to Yahoo!. And vice versa.
