Why don't alot of non-Europeans immigrate to Eastern Europe?

Yes, it is true.
Just give them time, they will as Eastern Europe reaches the economy level of its Western counterpart.

Many Eastern European countries are poor because of the Soviet rule. They are slowly coming out of it. Many Eastern Europeans work in non-European nations and also immigrate to Western Europe.

because it still allows slaves lol. and by the way if you want to get rid of your wife take her to eastern europe they will buy her for like 300 bucks and take her passport and turn her into a sex slave with no risk of lossing all that you have lol

Love it or hate it, white is a subjective term. In the US Haitians are considered black but in Haiti they arent. Check yourself and how you view the world.

If you mean Non-black than that figuere is pretty good.
And they have a huge immigration faction. Mostly from asia.
