Power of suggestion is what I have seen first hand. It's the way that "faith healing" and "voodoo" work. The mind is a marvelous thing and can work wonders in healing, as well as making one ill! A good doctor can tell the patient he'll heal quickly with a sugar pill, and it will happen, but likewise a bad one can tell the patient he'll die within a week, and that too can happen.

Yes, I believe it is possible and have experienced it myself to some degree.
BUT, it is important to care for yourself, "pray to god, but row your boat towards shore".
Quacks and quick fix artists abound, but perhaps more importantly every person and every situation is unique. What works for one person at one time and place may not work for the same person another time or a different person with "same" problem at same time.
Spiritual healing has been a centerpiece of world religious traditions throughout history. Mind-Body-Spirit medicine has made amazing progress in the last decade and stringent double-blind controlled studies bear out that things like prayer can be effective in accelerating healing, not only in animals, but also in plants.
But that doesn't mean a given "healer" can necessarily heal anybody. whether that healer is an MD, chiropractor, accupuncturist, nutritionist, minister, place of power, yoga adept, or medium.
Visualization is one method with a wide variety of conflicting techniques. Some desperately ill people have had much success with it, others, not so much.
Educate yourself about whatever needs to be healed, and educate yourself about the various western medical and alternative therapies used with success on that particular issue.
Then pursue the path(s) your heart, brain and gut can agree upon.
Finding a doctor (MD, ND, DO) who is open to alternative or complementary care modalities can be a great way to create a personalized program of care blending multiple approaches.
good fortune!

Yes I believe in instant healing, but not from visualization or other such earth bound medicine or mediatation. It would and does belong to God. It is all in his hands. And if you wish to learn more of theis study , Go to the Word of God, commonly know as the Bible.

Mind is a big healer! And can do wonderful things!!When your mind is really concentrating ( like in a Mass Hypnotic speech ) the mind acts much faster than it should to do these type of unexplainable healings. For this you need a strong stimuli either from inside or from outside!!

Instant or rapid healing is a myth. Hastened healing is possible when zinc supplements are taken. Visualisaton is not of help.

I don't know any methods, but instant healing is possible to those who have ailments that are thought provoked. If they think they are sick, they are and therefore if they now think they are healed, they are.
