I am an American living in the Philippines. I have had same boyfriend for four years. He is very in-secure and jealous of everything that I do. How long should I put up with this behavior?

Until you cheat on him, then tell you cheated and leave. Isn't that what all women do?

U should not, him being insecure will only ruin ur relationship and end up making u miserable. It will escalate to constant fighting and bickering and if u like him now u will end up hating him,...so if u want to keep him ur life for years to come as at least a friend I say get the strength to end it now. It sounds like ur thinking about it anyway, follow ur first mind!

If he hasn't tried to change things, and still doesn't show that he trusts you, even after all this time, then I say it's time to move on. Because let me tell you, he's going to continue to make things miserable for you, and in a sense, he'll try to control some aspect of your life. The best thing to do is to think of yourself and break it off before it gets any worse.

what the hell you mean you are miles away from home with nothing.... be independent,.... you shouldn't depend on another person... def not bf or gf type stuff.

but to answer the thing, you should leave him. honestly, he might turn out to be one of those killers... seriously. can't fck with super jealous people. it's not healthy. it's driving you crazy. it's not gon change. get a job and leave him and come back to the states.

You shouldn't have put up with it this long! Move on, have confidence in yourself and the right 'someone' will come along. Trust is the first ingredient for a happy, healthy relationship.

Get out as soon as you can. Most of the time they are abusive people and aren't worth your time and they would end up hitting you.
