Will there be a resolution to North Koreas threat?

There will have to be (eventually). See this is not a conflict that is as deep rooted as the Isreali/Palestinian crisis. That is a war that has a complicated religious background. In the case with N. Korea, I can see them pulling a Kadaffi, and realizing that by isolating themselves (with thier stupid decisions), they will have no future. Therefore they will comply with U.N./U.S. restrictions...all in good time.

Of course! North Korea just wants America to agree to not to attack them. Bush called North Korea, Iran, and Iraq the "Axles of Evil." North Korea took that as a threat, and so they just want some gurantees that American is not planning to attack them.

Why is it automatically a threat? Is the US the only country allowed to have missiles...not to mention nuclear missiles...and not be considered a threat? I remind you that the only country ever to use nuclear weapons on another country is the US. Twice in fact. I don't see having nuclear weapons alone as a threat. Most countries see it as a defensive stance in that they are much less likely to attacked, i.e. Iraq, if they have in their arsenals, nuclear weapons. It is the old MAD theology.

The Clinton Administration gave him 3 Billion dollars in 1994,and they claimed they would stop his nuclear program.

They broke that deal and now they want more money from us.....

Negotiating with Terrorists(or in this case,a Nutjob)has never worked before.........

I think we should pull out of talks completely,let the other parties involved deal with them, making it clear that any agressive action against us or any of our Allies would result in their complete destruction......
