People are usually thinking before they act, it just depends on what they are thinking about, for instance, you can think about how it will benefit you, or how it will benefit others, you can think using reason and logic, or you can think using emotion, often people only think about the positive implications of an action, and don't weigh in the negative.

That is a good question!My opinion is that people first act and then think ! this is the reason way some human being are so difficult and so selfish, negative and pessimistic so it s our decision "Do not be like them! "

All human beings think before they act.
Some think pretty fast and act rationally, others snap and do a reflex action and cause disasters.

Only those who can grasp the concept between right and wrong. Some people can look ahead and weigh the consequences of their actions before they go and do something stupid.

it depends on the situation though, example if ur love ones are in danger u just go and help right? lol
i had a friend who was in a gangfight, outnumbered 4 to 30, and when my friend's friend got whack he said his mind just goes blank and he went fighting those 30 fellas, although later on he and his friends ran leaving his sandals behind

Man always thinks.Thought occurs weather ,conscious or unconsciously the thought is always there.Though that doesn't say if the thought is correct or not.
