It is not necessary to get even. Just tell your friend to move on. Dump the girl, karma comes back around. Also, if the friend she's cheating on is your friend, then you guys should probably stop talking to him. Your friend's Girlfriend is off limits during, and after the relationship, no excuses. You just don't do that.
On top of that, it will ruin the relationship with the other friends you have. People won't be comfortable being around their friends and knowing that those friends are cheating on their other friends.

There is no getting even; only pursuing happiness. If your friend is not happy then it is his job to find it; preferably without someone who he does not trust. Getting even is wasted energy, and I do not think you truly have the desire to move in that direction.

Get a jump on your maturity by REJECTING childish thoughts like that
Choice is yours and it's the only thing is really free.
People (adults) can get SHOT playing those games.

You don't need to get even! Your friend just needs to let her know that he knows and that he doesn't want to be with her any more! Be the bigger person, other girls will see that and respect that! :)
