Birds do not hav a penis.. the male and female birds hav a small opening in between their legs known as the coalis.. during mating then male and female coalis come near each other and the male sperms are deposited in the body of the female.. thats how the eggs r produced and then she lays them , incubates them 4 a stipulated time and then the younger ones r born...

Good grief, another question with people taking wild guesses at the answer.

Most birds do not have penises. The heavier birds do have penises. The heavier birds include most notably waterbirds such as swans and ducks and ratites such as ostriches and emus.

The smaller birds gradually lost their penis over the course of time in order to reduce their body weight. For larger birds the amount of weight required for the penis is relatively slight so their was no evolutionary pressure to lose it.

So while your budgerigar or canary doesn't have a penis ducks or ostcihes do.

The guy who believes that birds fertilise their eggs after they are laid is just too dumb for words.

Most male birds don't, but here's a link about a duck which has a penis as long as the entire animal.

depends on the bird. Some do, but others rub their regions over the females area and then excrete without a penis penetration

Yes and no, It's not in the since like that a human would have. Since the egg is laid by the female before it is fertilized the male must spread it's seed on the shell, which is absorbed and fertilizes the egg. (birds do not actually have sex)
