Many colleges offer degress in Restaurant Management or Culinary Management. It's a good idea to already have some restaurant experience before you start.

you should probably major in either business administration or entrepreneurship. I'm not sure if your school offers the latter, but if it does, I think entrepreneurship is best fitting.
but an important point to remember is studying what you want to do and doing what you want to do are two different things. It's best to learn the robes by working in a restaurant and trying to go aorund to doing different things and getting the whole picture of what running a restaurant is all about.

You should major in culinary arts become a chef and learn food from the ground up. Then work in real restaurants before you go out on your own.

look into culinary schools that teaches the business side. A good program should include all of the food stuff (including regulations for safe food handling), service, wine, and business.
