What a question. But I'll answer it this way. The U.S. is both a whoring country and a prudish country. And it is neither whorish or prudish. There is no doubt that sex is an overriding issue in the U.S., possibly more so than in other countries where sex is less emphasized and yet practiced with much less self-consciousness than here. And there is no doubt that our heritage is one of prudishness as a result of a Puritan code of ethics which was enforced up til the mid 20th Century. The prudish code makes us still feel guilty when we enjoy sex too much. But the U.S. does not live as a whorish country, for most sex is within wedlock or at least a stable single relationship. And we are not prudes because we do not condemn easily ourselves or others for their sexuality. How about that?

This is a question that excludes the local belief systems of any group or local subculture. For this, the USA is both: we are more promiscuous than ever before... with the possible exception of the "hippee era" in the sixties. There have also been backlashes to this perceived apostate departure from previous standards for reserved sexual behavior or norms for sexual "modesty." We are presently a nation polarized on many "fronts" and issues. The difficulties are stemming mainly from an increasingly prevalent mode of thinking that is inherently oppositional, reactive, & conflict-based... "both sides of the isle" are guilty of this undisciplined approach to reasoning... devoid of complementary dialectical method. Alternatively, if they chose a more disciplined, reflexive, and complementary "mode of operandi" in their thinking, most of our "issues" along these lines and others would be rational and reasonable. So your question, is dependent upon the local subgroup with which you're involved, because reaching cultural concenses is presently next to impossible with the way things are.

If you know a few secrets (keep in mind that it's very subtle and the woman won't know unless you actually tell her), you can bed any women you want by talking, yes talking!
As far as easiness in general, you might have better luck with women in European and American countries since most people who are Christian don't believe in the celibacy hype and do it like jackrabbits nevertheless. India may SEEM easy with Kamasutra and Tantra, but rumor is they take an act of congress to uncrosseth thy legs. Asia has a heavier slut factor bar and therefore doesn't "open up" as soon, but persistency is the key and you're rewarded with the tightest vaginas on Earth!

Looking at the HIV/AIDS statistics, I'd say you'd have the easiest chance in Africa and Cambodia. However, why would you want to get the sex where a diesease is running rampant???
However, the USA and Canada have created systems of educating the citizens to "Protect" themselves with condoms and stuff ... but still, statistically speaking, you can easily trace where the most sexual activity is through HIV/AIDS testing ... and its NOT the USA!!!
It's only the hollywood producers who make us look like whores ... however, many of the men are whores, and do worsen situations with their "Human Trafficing" and "Sexual Slavary" ... but, these are the real bad men, and they do exist world wide everywhere.

Your question is not the question you think it is. Belief systems, which are the only relevant issuance of social character, are varied earthwide relative to cultures and thier practices. Americans are a mix of all cultures on earth. The influence of all the cultures cohabitating has exposed everyone to a wider range of cultural appretiation which could be viewed as sexuality without boundaries. In the end we make choices which are right for our personal experience and wish well others practicing in ways which we do not support. It is the way of acceptance.

A little form column A, a little from column B.
The effects of the Christian corruption of this society are significant.
However, the opposing effects of the spirit of personal freedom and its (sometime) companion, the free market capitalistic economic system have made the U.S.A. less corrupted by Christian sexual morals over the last 3-4 decades.
We, still have a long way to go though, before we can consider ourselves free of the deviant sexual ethics of the Christian faith.
