No, and that annoys me somewhat. I have tried and failed numerous times, it is not a pretty site. I consider myself a fairly good dancer, don't normally appear too 'klutzy,' but yet when it comes to hula hoop forget it.

yup i once hula hooped for 1 hour. that is the longest that i have been able to do it. i could've gone longer but i had to go eat dinner.
