Take a bath, and drink a glass of wine. Play on the computer (games or Yahoo Answers). Read a good book. During the day - do some gardening. Make a yummy dessert.

Reading is good. Find a book that won't put you to sleep, though... Call a friend you haven't seen for awhile or a relative . Especially old people.. sometimes they are very lonely and a call from a young person can really make their day. You can learn to paint or draw or both.... or cook. Sit and think about what you LIKE to do and get it going... get a part time job works too.

When I am bored I either get up and do some training with the dogs or I go to the sewing machine and start working on my quilt.

Entertain yourself. For example, me. I like to yell insults and the TV. I can draw faces on people I hate. Turn on the radio and scream your lungs out and pretend you are the lead singer. Or my personal favorite, scream the lyrics to "Vertigo" by U2. I freakin love that song.

Well, when I'm bored, I read. If you hate reading, watch a movie. If you're not into movies at the time, go to sleep. Works for me.

draw a picture. someone told me once that you should always draw or do some artsy type thing when your bored because that is when you are most creative.
