Its telling you that you have already used your daily allowance today..
Have you been sending alot of emails?
Also I think if you didn't write your questions as though they were sms messages you might not get so many "stupid" answers.

Surely you're just joking. You can't be as illiterate as you sound. If you're talking about your limit of questions or answers, then yes, they do put a daily limit on the number you're allowed. You can ask and answer more tomorrow.
